- Army Construction & Submission
Points Limit: 2,000 points maximum. No under-pointing restrictions beyond normal list-building rules, but list efficiency is encouraged.
Publications Cutoff: All Battlepacks, Battletomes, and Errata released up to Sept 19th are legal.
List Submission Deadline: Sept 26. 2026 at 11:59 PM.
Submission Method: Submit via Bcp.
Penalties: Late lists will receive a 5-point tournament penalty and lose priority for Round 1.
- Terrain & Table Standards
Terrain Layouts: Tables will use standardized, pre-measured footprints [e.g., official Games Workshop terrain layouts].
Scenery Rules: All ruins block line of sight (to units fully behind them, depending on height/window rules) and provide cover (+1 to save against shooting attacks).

Tiebreakers (in order of priority):
Total Battle Tactics Achieved across all rounds.
Raw Victory Points (VP) Difference (Total VPs scored minus VPs conceded).
Strength of Schedule (SoS).
- Policies & Code of Conduct
Proxies/conversions must be cleared with the Organizer at least one week prior.
Chess Clocks: Clocks are not mandatory for Round 1, but either player may request a clock at any time. If a clock is requested, both players must use it with equal time splits (e.g., 60 minutes per player).
Sportsmanship: This is a competitive yet friendly local event. Disagreements should be resolved quickly using the rules app; if an impasse is reached, call a judge immediately. The judge's ruling is final.
