In-Store Pickup
Availability: Customers can select "In-Store Pickup" at checkout to collect their orders directly from our location.
Hold Period: We will hold pickup orders for 30 days. If an order is not collected within this timeframe, please contact us. Unclaimed orders beyond 30 days may be subject to cancellation.
Shipping Policy
Important Note Regarding TCG Sealed Product: Please note that Taps Games does not guarantee the condition of manufacturer or protective packaging on sealed TCG products, including shrink wrap, cardboard packaging, booster pack coverings, or similar materials. These materials are intended solely to protect the contents inside and may naturally show minor wear such as small rips, tears, dents, or imperfections during shipping and handling. As a result, we do not offer refunds or accept returns for damage to protective packaging.
Shipping Availability: We currently ship within Canada only. We do not offer international shipping or shipping to the USA at this time.
Free Shipping (Canada Only):
We offer free tracked shipping via Canada Post based on the following order totals:
- Alberta & Saskatchewan: Free on orders over $50.00.
- BC, Manitoba, Ontario, & Quebec: Free on orders over $75.00.
- Rest of Canada: Free on orders over $150.00.
Package Security & Theft: Taps Games is not responsible for packages stolen from your property after a carrier has marked them as "Delivered." It is the customer's responsibility to provide a secure delivery location.
If you do not have a secure area for drop-offs, we strongly recommend using Canada Post FlexDelivery. This is a 100% free service that allows you to have your packages delivered directly to a post office of your choice for secure pickup. Sign up for FlexDelivery here.
Untracked Lettermail: We offer untracked Canada Post lettermail on orders under $40.00. Please note, we are not responsible for any lost mail if tracking is not selected during shipping.
Pre-orders: Orders containing pre-order items will be held and shipped together once all items in the order are available. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
Return & Exchange Policy
TCG Final Sale: All Trading Card Game (TCG) products, including sealed booster boxes and card singles, are Final Sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on these items.
Eligibility: Non-TCG items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return for eligible products.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement provided they have not yet been shipped. We do not charge any cancellation fees. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.
