Shipping Policy
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
Shipping Methods & Costs: We offer Canada Post and UPS Shipping. Costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and destination.
Free Shipping:
- Free shipping in BC, Alberta, and Saskatchewan for orders over $75.00 (using Canada Post).
- Free shipping in the rest of Canada on orders over $200.00 (using Canada Post).
Untracked Lettermail: We also offer untracked Canada Post lettermail on orders under $40.00. Please note, we are not responsible for any lost mail if tracking is not selected during shipping.
Tracking Information: You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped if you selected a tracked shipping option.
Return & Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Returns: Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Return Process: Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your return.
Exchanges: We can exchange items if they are defective or damaged.
Note: No refunds or exchanges on any opened TCG product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We may request photos for verification and offer a full refund or replacement.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Contact us as soon as possible.
