Frequently Asked Questions
How do I use the Deckbuilder?
Select your game from the dropdown, then paste your decklist into the text box and click Find Cards. The deckbuilder will search our store for every card in your list and show you what's available, grouped by card name. Cards we don't currently have in stock are shown in grey at the bottom of each group.
What decklist formats are supported?
We support the most common export formats for each game:
- Magic: The Gathering β MTGO, Arena, mwDeck, .dek XML, and most community site exports (Moxfield, Archidekt, TappedOut, etc.)
- PokΓ©mon β PTCGO / PTCGL export format
- Lorcana, One Piece, Star Wars Unlimited, Riftbound β standard quantity + name format (e.g.
2 Card Name)
Basic lands and energies are automatically excluded from the search to keep results clean.
Why is there a 150-card limit?
To keep search results fast and accurate, we cap lists at 150 unique card names per search. This covers every standard format β Commander (100 cards), Standard/Modern (60 cards), PokΓ©mon (60 cards), and Star Wars Unlimited (50 cards). If you have a very large list, split it into two batches and search each separately.
What does the π° Budget filter do?
When Budget is checked, the deckbuilder shows only the most cost-effective (lowest price) listing for each card β just enough to fill the quantity you need. For example, if you need 4 copies and the cheapest version only has 1 in stock, it will automatically pull in the next cheapest option to cover the remaining 3. This gives you the lowest possible total for your deck.
What does the π Baller filter do?
Baller is the opposite of Budget β it selects only the most expensive (premium) version of each card first, then fills remaining copies with the next most expensive option if needed. Great for building a high-end showcase deck with foils, special art, and collector editions.
What do No Foil and Foil Only do?
No Foil hides all foil listings so you only see regular non-foil cards. Foil Only does the opposite β it shows only foil versions and hides all non-foil listings. These can be combined with Budget or Baller for maximum control over your cart.
Note: Budget/Baller and No Foil/Foil Only are mutually exclusive pairs β you can't select both Budget and Baller, or both No Foil and Foil Only at the same time.
What is the "Add All to Cart" button?
When Budget or Baller mode is active, an Add All to Cart bar appears at the top of the results with an estimated total. Clicking it adds everything pre-filled by the Budget/Baller rules to your cart in one go β no need to click each card individually. You can also adjust individual quantities using the dropdowns before clicking.
What are the greyed-out "Out of Stock" cards?
Cards shown with a grey background are currently out of stock in our store. We display any out-of-stock listings we have so you can β‘ Wishlist them β clicking the button takes you to the product page where you can sign up to be notified when it comes back in stock via our Back In Stock app.
A card I need wasn't found β what should I do?
A few things to try:
- Double-check the spelling matches exactly how the card appears on the card itself.
- Remove set codes or collector numbers from the name β the deckbuilder searches by name only.
- Try a full store search β we may carry it under a slightly different listing title.
- If we don't carry it yet, use the Special Order Request form and we'll do our best to source it.
