Warhammer Age of Sigmar: Slow Grow League Season 8 (Starts Sept 1st)
The league consists of 8 Rounds over the course of 16 weeks. Each Round is 2 weeks where players are expected to contact their opponent and play a game. You do not have to play at Taps but must be open to it if your opponent requests it.
Requirements to play in League:
-Access to the Taps games discord to communicate with other players and find your opponents for each round pairing. (If there are issues contacting opponents Staff will be able to assist)
-All the materials you may need to play a game of Age of Sigmar, items such as dice measuring implements access to rulebook/army rules and General's Handbook 2026-2027.
-A legal army for each rounds points limit. Non-Gamesworkshop models are allowed but should be reasonable stand ins for the miniatures they are representing.
-A Best Coast Pairings account. Round pairings will be handled through the BCP. If the preferred BCP account has a different email than the Taps account used to purchase the ticket please email Events@TapsGames.com.
There will not be direct support through Facebook or previous Facebook groups for this league. All announcements will be through the Taps Games discord in the AOS slow-grow league channel.
There is no prizing structure for wins/ losses. All Prizing will be based entirely off of random raffles and voting from the league.
League Timeline:
Round 1: 500 Points Sept 1st - Sept 14th
Round 2: 500 Points Sept 15th - Sept 28th
Round 3: 1000 Points Sept 29th - Oct 12th
Round 4: 1000 Points Oct 13th - Oct 26th
Round 5: 1500 Points Oct 27th - Nov 9th
Round 6: 1500 Points Nov 10th - Nov 23rd
Round 7: 2000 Points Nov 24th - Dec 7th
Round 8: 2000 Points Dec 8th - Dec 21st

You are allowed to change your list/ army however you desire throughout the league. You are not restricted to keeping the same units, battle formations, artifacts or traits . If desired you can even switch armies entirely as the goal of the league is to help you find and build an army you enjoy.
Every 2 rounds there will be #Hobbyspotlight posts on discord where you can show the progress on models you have built and/or painted. This will enter you into a raffle for that round of prizes.
At the beginning of round 8 I will begin taking votes for best sport. A google form will be sent out for players to cast their vote for players who embody good attitudes and exceptional good sport.
Shipping: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Pre-order items ship once all items in the order are available.
Returns: Unopened, non-TCG products may usually be returned within 14 days. Trading card singles and sealed TCG products are typically final sale.
