At Taps Games, we strive to provide you with reliable and timely shipping. Please read below for details on our shipping process:
Shipping Methods
- We ship all orders using Canada Post and UPS (no longer FedEx).
- Orders typically ship within 2 business days of processing, though shipping times can vary due to order volume.
- Taps Games is not responsible for delays within the Canada Post or UPS systems and does not offer refunds for items arriving outside of estimated delivery times.
Shipping Rates

Free Shipping:
- Orders over $75 within Alberta, BC, and Saskatchewan.
- Orders over $200 within the rest of Canada.
- We choose the carrier for free shipping, and all free shipping orders are tracked.
- For other orders, please use the shipping rate calculator at checkout to determine the cost.
- We do not offer flat rate shipping.
Shipping Insurance
- We include up to $100 of insurance coverage on all orders. Additional insurance is not available at this time.
Signature Confirmation
- Orders over $200 include Signature Confirmation at no extra charge.
- For orders under $200, Signature Confirmation is optional and can be added for an extra charge by leaving a note in the shipping details.
TCG Singles Shipping
- We offer Canada Post Lettermail for TCG singles if:
- The order value is under $35, and the total package weight is less than 20 grams.
Address Accuracy
- Please double-check your address when placing an order. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to have the order re-sent.
- We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Canada-Only Shipping
- At this time, we only ship within Canada. International orders will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
