How do I submit?
Submit your list through our online buylist system. We’ll approve the cards we want to buy and reject the rest.

How should I prepare my cards?
Cards must be submitted unsleeved and sorted exactly as shown on the confirmation page. Unsorted cards are subject to a 15% sorting fee or may be rejected.

When should I drop off my cards?
Cards must be received within 7 days of submission. Prices are guaranteed for 4 days. Late drop-offs may be re-evaluated at current rates.

What happens after I drop off?
We inspect all cards for authenticity, edition, and condition. If our grading reduces the total value by more than 10%, we’ll notify you for confirmation before proceeding.

How do I get paid?
Under $100: in-store cash if available. Over $100: e-transfer Only. Or choose store credit for bonus value.

Other notes:
Do not bring your cards until you receive an approval email. Orders not received within 10 business days will be canceled. Cards dropped off out of submission order may be rejected.

Do I need to sort Pokémon bulk?
Sorting into the following categories gives you the best value:

• Basic Energy
• Common / Uncommon
• Trainers / Special Energy
• Rare
• Reverse Holo
• Holo Rare
• Pokémon V / GX / EX

Can I submit unsorted cards?
Yes, but unsorted cards receive a significantly lower rate. Current rates are:

• $0.0017 per card (Cash)
• $0.0025 per card (Store Credit)

How do I drop them off?
No approval needed — drop off in-store with your name and contact info. Our team will review and price your cards typically within 24–48 hours.

Do I need to sort or desleeve my collection?
Nope! Just bring your entire collection as-is. Our buying team will review it and make an offer based on current needs and condition.
