How it works:
Players will receive a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle Bundle Box and 100 Dragon Shield Sleeves as part of their entry. Using the contents of that box, you’ll build and play a special 60-card Commander deck under modified deck-building rules:

• Deck Size: 60 cards

• Deck Building: Use only the contents of your Bundle box (promo cards are allowed)

• Card Copies: You may include multiple copies of any cards you open

• Commander Rules:

  • Any legal commander you open may be used

  • Color identity rules are ignored for deck building – you may build with any colors

  • However, color identity still applies when referenced by specific cards (e.g., Arcane Signet)
