Welcome to Taps Games! Below you’ll find important information regarding our store policies. We strive to provide the best service possible, and your satisfaction is our priority.
Shipping Policy
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
Shipping Methods & Costs: We offer Canada Post and UPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and destination.
Free Shipping (Canada Only):
- Free shipping in BC, Alberta, and Saskatchewan for orders over $75.00 (using Canada Post).
- Free shipping in the rest of Canada on orders over $200.00 (using Canada Post).
Untracked Lettermail (Canada Only): We also offer untracked Canada Post lettermail on orders under $40.00. Please note, we are not responsible for any lost mail if tracking is not selected during shipping.
Tracking Information: You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped if you selected a tracked shipping option.
Pre-orders: Orders containing pre-order items will be held and shipped together once all items in the order are available. To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders for pre-order and non-pre-order items.
Shipping to the USA
We currently ship to the United States, but only for card singles from the following games:
- Magic: The Gathering
- Flesh and Blood
- Pokémon
- Yu-Gi-Oh!
- One Piece
- Lorcana
- Star Wars: Unlimited
- Grand Archive
Shipping Methods: We ship via Canada Post and UPS.
De Minimis: For orders under $800 USD, no import duties apply due to De Minimis rules.
Orders Over $800: We declare the full value and country of origin. All duties and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Note: We do not offer free shipping to the USA at this time.
Return & Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Returns: Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Return Process: Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your return.
Exchanges: We can exchange items if they are defective or damaged.
Note: All TCG Product is final sale, no returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We may request photos for verification and offer a full refund or replacement.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Contact us as soon as possible.

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards.
